A Vibrant Arts Destination 40 West Arts is a nonprofit statecertified creative arts district along Lakewoods historic West Colfax Avenue with the mission of energizing and promoting the arts district through extraordinary experiences exhibitions and events that engage the whole family. West Colfax Avenue is home to the most unique and creative businesses in Lakewood including art galleries boutiques breweries music and record stores dance and arts studios eateries bakeries and coffee shops. 40 West Arts was formed as a 501c3 nonprofit arts organization to help build a local arts district in Lakewood and celebrate the energy and inspiration of creativity.
