The Friends of the Aberdeen Library If you have a garden and a library you have everything you need. Marcus Tullius Cicero We are building a new library to serve the Aberdeen community for decades to come. Built over 100 years ago Aberdeens current library is the second oldest continuoususe library in North Carolina but times are changing and it isnt serving the growing needs of this town we call home. Since 2014 our organization has been leading the effort to build a new library for the people of southern Moore County.
