The mission of the Missouri Association of the Deaf is to promote, protect, and preserve the rights and quality of life of the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals in the State of Missouri and cooperate with the National Association of the Deaf for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing on the national level. The purpose of the Association shall be to promote the advancement of the general welfare of the Deaf in the State of Missouri. The objective of the Association shall be to promote the education of the Deaf to the public. The objective of the Association shall be to promote and uphold the legal enforcement of the existing regulations of the State of Missouri and the National Association of the Deaf, Inc.
