The primary purpose of Mankind Advocates No Kill Excellence dba Foster Paws Rescue is to foster cats and kittens until adoption. During the foster period, the services include spay/Neuter, deworming, flea treatment, core vaccinations and microchip registration. This also includes any other surgeries thatmight be needed to help the feline become adoption ready. Our mission is to stop the over-population of felines in upstate South Carolina.
