Owings Mills Volunteer Fire Company WE PROTECT THE CITIZENS AND PROPERTY OF OWINGS MILLS OMVFCo Station 31 is a 501c3 Fire and EMS department serving the community of Owings Mills MD and surrounding areas. Established in 1921 OMVFCo is the busiest volunteer station in Baltimore County. We cannot make it to every street this way we can give everybody an equal opportunity to see Santa by having our community come to them Its important to note that Santa cannot get down from the fire engine.
