Home - Southeastern Water Association Welcome To Southeastern Water Association Our Mission The Southeastern Water Association objective is to provide a service to the eastern Pulaski county community that promotes safe potable water to its customers at the lowest possible price 24 hours a day. This goal is achieved by Incorporating biseasonal flushing of the system this exercise insures fresh clean water by displacing any accumulation of sediment in the lines as well as keeping valves and flush hydrants exercised. Provide the best possible relations to our customers by providing a prompt and efficient service on a daily basis. Emergency service is also provided 24 hours a day to maintain the best possible service to our customers.
