Humane Society of Raleigh County Inc
The Humane Society of Raleigh County, Inc. is a non-profit organization which has been serving people and pets since 1979. Its mission is to prevent animal abuse and neglect. By agreement with the Raleigh County Commission and the City of Beckley, the Humane Society enforces state and local laws pertaining to animals but is not a government agency. The animal shelter is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday excluding holidays from 11:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. For more information about the animal shelter, call 304-253-8921 or fax 304-255-9134
