YOUTH ENRICHMENT The MOCEDC Youth Enrichment Center is designed to engage youth in services and activities that empower them to believe and achieve in every area of their lives. MOCEDC strives to provide youth with a sense of belonging in their communities while learning the true value of family and selfdevelopment. NEIGHBORHOOD OUTREACH MOCEDC strives to build our community and maintain quality neighborhoods through a range of programs education resources oneonone assistance volunteerism and outreach.
