No matter the challenge, she rises to the occasion—going above and beyond without hesitation. When her own tasks are done, she immediately checks in to help her teammates—whether it’s transporting patients, stocking supplies, or jumping in across multiple modalities. Her commitment doesn’t stop there. Lindsey regularly picks up extra shifts—not just at her primary location at Hannibal Regional Hospital, but also at CFM Moberly and CFM Kirksville. Her willingness to step up wherever needed makes a huge difference. When a patient's potential transfer depended on imaging being sent to another facility, Lindsey took swift action after technical issues caused delays. She coordinated with IT and followed up with the receiving team until the images were confirmed received. Her persistence saved the patient from an unnecessary trip, additional imaging, and extra costs.
