LICENSED ANIMAL SHELTER AND RESCUE PROVIDING COMMUNITY PROGRAMS FOR DISCOUNT SPAY/NEUTER SURGERIES FOR LOW INCOME PET OWNERS, TRAP-NEUTER- RETURN PROGRAMS FOR FERAL CATS, AND COMMUNITY MEDICINE DAY FOR VETERINARY CARE FOR LOW INCOME PET OWNERS.
