Springboard Meditation Sangha Welcome to Springboard Meditation Sangha Springboard Meditation Sangha SMS is a safe and welcoming meditation community sangha that intends to support the deepening of individual practice and to awaken mindfulness and compassion for the benefit of all beings. The sangha was established to provide a nondenominational meditation space oriented to Buddhist practitioners but welcoming anyone wanting to practice meditation in community. The Springboard sangha originated in Philadelphia39s Mt. Airy neighborhood but currently practices mainly online.
