416th ENCOM Association - Home Click Here to Donate to the 416th ENCOM AssociationScholarship Fund Welcome to the ENCOM Association The purpose of the 416th ENCOM Association is to promote foster and improve the wellbeing of Army Reservists. This is accomplished byengaging in such activities beneficial to the Army Reserve or National Defense and to engage in social patriotic charitable educational benevolent and civic activities promoting such purposes. We are an organization with more than 150 members ranging from WWII veterans active and retired reservists and recently separated Army soldiers. Membership is open to past or present members to the 416th Theater Engineer Command TEC or former members of the 416th Engineer Command ENCOM .
