One Hour For Life aims to provide basic emergency, medical, and nutritional education to those without access to formal facilities. Culturally aware educational programs will be customized to fit local socio-economic needs. We provide training, resources, education and continuing support for leaders and teachers in developing communities. At One Hour For Life we believe that knowledge, demonstrated understanding, and action based on knowledge are the fundamentals of a healthier life.
