May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚 It’s the perfect time to break the stigma, open conversations, and highlight the support that’s available in our community. We’re proud to introduce our incredible therapy team: Pat and Salome. With compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to mental wellness, they’re here to help individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their emotional well-being. Our therapy services include: Individual Psychotherapy – Also known as talk therapy, this one-on-one service helps people manage depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and more. Through a supportive relationship, clients explore emotions, identify patterns, and build healthy coping strategies. Diagnostic Assessment – This comprehensive mental health evaluation is the first step toward treatment. It helps identify any mental health diagnoses and guides recommendations for care. It’s also required for services like ARMHS and case management. 🎵 Creative and Flexible Approaches – In addition to traditional therapy, Pat and Salome offer unique tools to support their clients' goals. Both are trained to provide 30-minute phone or in-person sessions focused on reducing or quitting tobacco use. Pat also brings his musical talents into the therapeutic space, using vocals and guitar to create a meaningful and expressive experience for clients who connect with music as a form of healing. (fb)
