The Kuwait-America Foundation is a charitable organization founded in 1991. Its core mission, inspired by Kuwait’s liberation by Allied Coalition forces in the Gulf War, is to express gratitude for American sacrifice during the Gulf War. THE KUWAIT-AMERICA FOUNDATION'S (THE FOUNDATION) PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO INITIATE EDUCATIONAL AND PHILANTHROPIC ACTIVITIES IN AMERICA WHICH RESULT IN A GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF THE CULTURE AND HISTORY OF KUWAIT AND ENHANCE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE PEOPLE OF THE TWO NATIONS.
