The Museum of Civil Rights will be a multicultural center in the heart of New York City dedicated to the ongoing struggle for equality and freedom fought by every minority in the Northeast. This museum for all the people will highlight the heroes and showcase the art politics literature photography film music posters artifacts and video created by and for all groups from Black and brown to all ethnicities women LGBTQ and every other group who fought and continues to fight for equal opportunity and social justice in the most dynamic of placesNew York City and the Northeast. The idea is to prepare people to pick up the torch.
