Give It Back Foundation
The Give It Back Foundation is a U.S. nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young girls through volleyball and life skills. Founded in 2015 by members of the USA Women's National Volleyball team, the foundation aims to inspire a champion mindset in young athletes and foster leadership qualities.
Mission
The mission of Give It Back Foundation is to provide young girls with volleyball instruction and life skills that promote self-confidence, self-awareness, leadership abilities, and a passion for achieving their goals. The foundation believes in sharing knowledge and experiences to positively influence the lives of others and to engage local communities in support of those in need.
Activities
Give It Back conducts instructional volleyball camps, partnering with local sports clubs. These camps not only provide top-tier instruction but also serve as fundraisers for local charities. For instance, an inaugural camp in Kent, Washington, raised $35,000 for Children's Therapy of Kent. A core value of the foundation is to return 100% of net profits from these camps to selected charities.
