To provide a partnership between industry, labor, and education: Address specific training needs through the participation of particularly interested and affected populations,-Use labor as a partner that is acquainted with user needs and has extensive production experience and knowledge of the industry,- Use educators as a partner with their training expertise, organization, and other resources of space and equipment,-Use employers and manufacturers as a partner with established venues and equipment, and unique input for training required by OSHA or insurance, training for new technology coming online, or training to address specific job situations.
