Sia Yorker Brain Awareness Scholarship Foundation, Inc.
Sia Brain Awareness Foundation is a 501c3 tax exempt organization founded in 2012 in memory of Sia Christine Yorker and others that died due to brain condition. The Sia Yorker Brain Awareness Scholarship Foundation, Inc. mission is to educate and bring to the community awareness of signs and symptoms of Sudden Acute Brain Hemorrhages and other adverse brain conditions and to encourage others to be proactive and take preventive measures in avoiding head injuries. One of the goals in keeping Sia Yorker Dream alive, is to award scholarships to Central Florida graduating high school seniors who will be fulltime studens in an accredited Florida college or univeristy, pursuing a Medical Science Degree.
