TO ADMINISTER A COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ECONOMIC STIMULUS ACT OF 1964, AS AMENDED, AND ALL SUCCESSOR PUBLIC LAWS, INCLUDING THE OMNIBUS BUDGET RECONCILIATION ACT OF 1991 AND ANY SUCCEEDING PUBLIC LAWS.

Community Action Agency of Siouxland Helping People Changing Lives. Community Action Agency of Siouxland is a private nonprofit organization that serves lowincome families and individuals in their time of need. Quick Links Our LowIncome Home Energy Assistance Program LIHEAP helps qualifying households in Woodbury County pay a portion of their primary heating costs. This assistance is available to households at or below 200 of the federal poverty level and runs from November 1 to April 30.
