THE FUND WAS CREATED, ESTABLISHED AND IS MAINTAINED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LIFE INSURANCE, ACCIDENT, HEALTH, HOSPITALIZATION, SURGICAL, MEDICAL, AND RELATED EXPENSE BENEFITS AND SUCH OTHER WELFARE BENEFITS AS THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE FOR PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES AND DEFRAYING THE REASONABLE EXPENSES OF ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION OF THE FUND.
