  • 2011: Officially incorporated as the first tenant of the former Rainbo Bread Factory.
  • 2013: Introduced aquaponics farming by adding fish to the farm.
  • 2015: Hosted the first "Chat ‘n Chow" community event.
  • 2017: Opened its teaching and processing kitchen, initiating food sector job training.
  • 2019: Partnered with Kentucky State University for a marine shrimp system and began participating in the USDA Summer Food Service Program.
  • 2020: Launched "Nourish Lexington" in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, providing free meals and jobs in the community.
  • 2023: Initiated the Bluegrass Urban Farm Friends program with Seedleaf.
