Founded in 2002, SCHOOL, Inc. has pioneered the integration of secular yoga mindfulness methods in public school classrooms. The SCHOOL Yoga & Mindfulness curriculum strengthens prosocial behaviors, social and emotional skills, and resiliency for improved learning. Our innovative methods have been developed and tested for over 20 years.
