Advocacy. ma4 is a statewide association comprised of ten member Area Agencies on Aging. Ma4 member agencies provide a coordinated network of care to support adults who are aging and adults with disabilities to maximize their independence and choice. Annually, ma4 members provide nearly ten million units of service to 250,000 individuals, supporting their ability to remain in the homes and communities of their choice.
