The Ely Center of Contemporary Art (ECOCA) seeks to foster just and healthy agency that represents Greater New Haven’s diverse citizenry by instigating inclusionary cultural opportunities that promote open-minded exchange, compassion, and acceptance of others while deepening public dialogue and debate around contemporary culture. Our charge is to develop and produce public exhibitions and programming to contextualize social justice and to encourage new knowledge experiences with expositions of issues, ideals, and innovations.
