The Milwaukee Bar Association Foundation was created in 1976 to leverage this knowledge to identify and support local initiatives that endeavor to make the legal system fair and accessible to all. Our strength lies in the actions of our initiatives the most prominent of which is the Milwaukee Justice Center which utilizes volunteers to address the unmet legal needs of Milwaukee Countys lowincome selfrepresented litigants through courtbased selfhelp desks and legal resources. The MBA Foundation understands that by working together we can work to overcome challenges.
