THE MISSION OF MEGHAN'S FOUNDATION IS TO RAISE AWARENESS FOR VETERANS LIVING WITH POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER (PTSD), COMMUNICATE THE BENEFITS THAT YOGA AND MEDITATION CAN HAVE FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH SYMPTOMS OF PTSD, AND HOLDING WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES IN 6 LOCATIONS THAT VETERANS CAN ATTEND AT NO CHARGE. THE CLASSES ARE LED BY QUALIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTORS, TRAINED IN TRAUMA-SENSITIVE YOGA PRACTICES.
