TO IMPROVE AND PERPETUATE THE YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF THE CHIPPEWA VALLEY, INC. IT SHALL INCLUDE THE DISTRIBUTION AND APPLICATION OF ITS INCOME FOR SUCH PURPOSES. THE INVESTMENT OF PRINCIPAL IS FOR THE PURPOSES OF DEVOTING THE INCOME FROM AND, IF TO THE EXTENT HEREIN AUTHORIZED, PRINCIPAL THEREOF TO SAID PURPOSES. THE PURPOSE OF THE TRUSTOR, THE YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF THE CHIPPEWA VALLEY, INC. IS TO BUILD STRONG KIDS, STRONG FAMILIES, AND STRONG COMMUNITIES. THE YMCA IS DEDICATED TO BUILDING A HEALTHY SPIRIT, MIND, AND BODY FOR ALL IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE CHRISTIAN VALUES ARE PROMOTED TO ALL PEOPLE, WHILE MAINTAINING AN EMPHASIS ON YOUTH.
