THE UNION ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS OF BARGAINING UNIT EMPLOYEES WITH WORK RELATED ISSUES. THE UNION ALSO PROVIDES A SOCIAL AND SUPPORT NETWORK FOR UNION MEMBERS, AS WELL AS, NON-UNION EMPLOYEES.
