Our Neighborhood Berkeley is a unique and wonderful neighborhood in Fort Worth named Fort Worth Neighborhood of the Year in 2019 and Neighborhood of the Year for MultiNeighborhood Partnerships by National Neighborhood USA conference. We have a distinctive blend of houses from antibellum design bungalow streamline moderne to crafstman and French creole. Most of the houses in Berkeley Place are brick or stucco houses with pointed arches and multiple roof lines. Both one and twostory houses can be found and many have basements.
