What our Association Does The Georgia Highway Contractors Association GHCA is a trade association composed of member companies involved in the construction and maintenance of highways streets bridges and transportation systems throughout the state of Georgia. The GHCA serves as the lobbying organization for this industry and as a voice for industry with the Georgia Department of Transportation GDOT and other state agencies. Employment GHCA member companies are hard at work building and repairing our roads and bridges.
