TO COMBAT UNFAIR PRACTICES AND ENCOURAGE THE SPIRIT OF COOPERATION AMONG CONTRACTORS ENGAGED IN ALL BRANCHES OF HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION. TO ACT AS A REPRESENTATIVE BODY BEFORE VARIOUS GROUPS AND TO ASSIST CONTRACTORS IN MAINTAINING THEIR ORGANIZATIONS ON THE BASIS OF GREATEST EFFICIENCY.

What our Association Does The Georgia Highway Contractors Association GHCA is a trade association composed of member companies involved in the construction and maintenance of highways streets bridges and transportation systems throughout the state of Georgia. The GHCA serves as the lobbying organization for this industry and as a voice for industry with the Georgia Department of Transportation GDOT and other state agencies.
