IBCF is a philanthropic foundation that supports children with visual impairments impacted by the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. THE INDIANA BLIND CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION (IBCF) empowers Indiana youth who are blind or have low vision to reach their full potential by providing year-round resources and support to the youth and their families. IBCF is a philanthropic Foundation that also raises financial support and awareness of the unique programs of the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ISBVI).
