Lenoir Community College Foundation Inc
The purposes for which the Corporation is organized are: (a) To constitute a direct support organization for Lenoir Community College pursuant to Sections 115D-7 and 115D-20 (9) of the North Carolina General Statutes. (b) To purchase, hold by gift, bequest, devise, or grant, own, lease, encumber, mortgage, sell, or otherwise dispose of all kinds of property, both real and personal. (c) To support the financial aid program of Lenoir Community College and thereby assist the College in providing scholarships and other types of financial assistance to students. (d) To provide physical resources and other amenities to Lenoir Community College that are not otherwise available to the College.
