Building Futures Through Housing Together we can end homelessness in Minnesota Our Impact At the Housing First Minnesota Foundation we build futures through housing. By partnering with local organizations and members of the Housing First Minnesota association we build transitional housing for Minnesotans experiencing homelessness. Mission We partner to build safe housing for Minnesotans in need. Vision To provide dignified housing in the pursuit of ending homelessness.
