Build Hope, Inc.
Build Hope, Inc. began as Kids Progress Inc. in 2003 as an outgrowth of the need for the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles to improve the provision of resources and services and offer opportunities for mobility to its residents. This is a nationally unique model utilizing the strength of a non-profit to partner with the Housing Authority to reach new resources and unique approaches for resident engagement and services. In 2020, Kids Progress Inc was renamed Build Hope, Inc. and expanded its mission to align with the 21st century needs of our clients. Our non-profit was created to ensure that all residents and clients within HACLA communities and programs have access to the resources and support they need to improve their quality of life, health and well-being.
