The primary purpose of this Corporation shall be to facilitate the discovery and development of reusable tools and guidelines to advance health information technology, to promote the implementation of these reusable tools and guidelines in underserved communities around the world, and to carry on other charitable activities associated with these purposes as allowed by law.
