THE ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED TO INVOLVE ITSELF IN ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF PUTNAM COUNTY, NEW YORK WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT SUPPORT, SERVE, OR OTHERWISE ASSIST THEM, TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
