COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND RESOURCES FOR UNPLANNED PREGNANCY OUR PROGRAMS EXPECTANT MOMS Discovering that you are pregnant can leave you with mixed emotions but we want you to know that you are not alone. TEEN MOMS A dedicated initiative designed to empower and uplift young mothers within our high school community. The HWYM Team Program has a 100 graduation rate. MOM MENTORSHIP Join one of two mentorship programs designed to assist moms who are interested in an additional level of support based on specific needs.
