We are a nonprofit organization, the purpose of which is to enrich, educate and entertain the communities of St Michael, Otsego, Albertville and Rogers. SOAR stands for the communities of St. Michael, Otsego, Albertville and Rogers, MN. The mission of SOAR Regional Arts is to enrich the communities of St. Michael, Otsego, Albertville and Rogers by providing artistic opportunities for performers and audience members. Specifically, SOAR Arts enhances the lives of the general public with aesthetic and creative opportunities through theatrical projects, performance opportunities, and musical education.
