SCNA IS ORGANIZED TO BE A VOICE OF THE COMMUNITY, TO ADVOCATE AND PROMOTE THE SHINGLE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD, TO IMPROVE NEIGHBORHOOD LIVABILITY AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES, TO INVOLVE AND EMPOWER RESIDENTS AND TO PROMOTE THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF OUR COMMUNITY AND RESIDENTS.
