Awards Recognition In congruence with the mission and values of the Massachusetts Latino Police Officers Association will serve to recognize the exceptional accomplishments achieved by Latinos within the law enforcement field. Scholarships The Manny Familia Scholarship was formed with the purpose of assisting an aspiring Latinoa in achieving their goals of attending an Accredited two or four year institution of higher education or to attend a MPTC approved academy.
