A notforprofit community development corporation we personally work with the neighborhoods we serve to build meaningful relationships acting as community convener facilitator and resource for services. Since 1991 we have invested 225 million in urban renewal earning recognition and respect on the national community development stage. Transforming Communities Developing Quality HousingAnd Related Services Residential Development Since our beginning in 1991 we have provided more than 700 housing units primarily multifamily by renovation of substandard housing or new construction to create quality affordable housing.
