We seek to equip churches with a Biblical ministry plan for encouraging and recovering pastors at risk of burn out, forced resignation, and moral compromise. To partner with God and the Church in the work of pastoral renewal and restoration, to cultivate new hope for healthy ministry lives. Providing a path of renewal and restoration when unexpected and difficult transitions occur as well as offering coaching and other services to enrich the ministry health of pastors.
