Our community got vital blood pressure checks, thanks to the amazing nurses who volunteered from @holy_cross_hospital The Respect Yourself Project is all about promoting holistic health, and that includes understanding the connection between HIV and heart disease. These wellness screenings are just one way we're helping our community take charge of their health.
