All of our employees will provide comprehensive preventative, curative, and life-enhancing services in a non-judgmental and compassionate environment.

Affordable Healthcare | Community Health Center | YourTown Health ATTENTION Our Carrollton location will be open Monday Tuesday closed on Wednesday Thursday and open on Friday from 800 AM 1200 PM for pharmacy pickups only. We will resume normal hours in April once our provider has returned from leave.
