We are a non-profit network of seven Community Health Centers. Your Family. Your Health. YourTown. Palmetto Health Council, Inc will be the model of excellence for improving the total health status of the communities it serves. All of our employees will provide comprehensive preventative, curative, and life-enhancing services in a non-judgmental and compassionate environment.

Affordable Healthcare | Community Health Center | YourTown Health ATTENTION Our Carrollton location will be open Monday Tuesday closed on Wednesday Thursday and open on Friday from 800 AM 1200 PM for pharmacy pickups only. We will resume normal hours in April once our provider has returned from leave.
