The Community Cat Alliance
The Community Cat Alliance (CCA) is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 charitable organization founded in 2014 that operates a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Program for feral cats in the Cities of Winchester, Berryville, Boyce, & Frederick County in Virginia. To improve the lives and reduce the population of outdoor unowned cats (commonly known as community cats) through a trap, neuter, vaccinate, return program, with appropriate interventions for kittens born outside.
