The mission of the Mystic Krewe of Femme Fatale shall be to offer women of all creeds and colors a unique opportunity to promote and support New Orleans' cultural landscape through participats.on in the annual Mardi Gras season, while uplifting the community through,various endeavors of engagement, awareness, and social enhancement in order to further the growth of the organization.

Membership is open to women aged 21 or older with good moral character. The total membership dues are $500, including an induction fee and membership dues. New members are required to participate in the parade their first year and every other year thereafter, with an additional participation fee of $1,250[3].
