The Links Incorporated is an international womens service organization that is among the most prestigious associations of Black women in the world. Who We Are On November 9 1946 Margaret Rosell Hawkins and Sarah Strickland Scott two young Philadelphia visionaries cofounded The Links Incorporated. They invited seven of their friends to join them in organizing a new type of intercity club.
