Action 169 was founded in 2015 with a vision to participate in the abolitionist movement to end sexual exploitation. The founders, including Michael and Jenna De Jong, and Corey and Danielle Freitag, were motivated by a strong faith-based commitment to justice and support for those affected by exploitation. Initially, the organization began with awareness and education meetings, and Danielle Freitag's goal of reaching out to others in the strip club industry became a reality through their outreach programs.

Mission

Action 169's mission is centered around three pillars:
