Themission of the Patterson Grizzlies Youth Football & CheerleadingOrganization is to provide the youth of Patterson, Westley and surroundingcommunities with an organized athletic program where they will be closertogether as a community sharing a common interest in sportsmanship, respect,teamwork and leadership skills through football and cheerleading. Our primarygoal is to prepare the participants by teaching them physical and mentalfitness for their future involvement in the high school football/cheerleadingexperience.  PattersonGrizzlies Youth Football & Cheerleading Organization is a 100% non-profitorganization. It is the goal of the Grizzlies to ensure that the youth whoparticipate excel both on and off the field. We require all football andcheerleaders to maintain their academics at a high standard with excellentclassroom behavior. All participants must follow and uphold their players’ codeof conduct.  PattersonGrizzlies presents to each adult affiliated an opportunity to share in the unityof its youth. Adults affiliated with the Grizzlies teach the fundamentals offootball through respect and self-discipline. Children are our future,therefore, adults affiliated with the Grizzlies work together in teaching allparticipants the importance of turning a youth’s life from self-indulgence toself-respect, to respects others, and respect and uphold the law. AllBoard Members, participants, parents, spectators and sponsors affiliated withthe Patterson Grizzlies must embrace the Patterson Grizzlies mission as setforth above.
